This position is open to both local and international candidates with proven experience in commercial baking, food science, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all bakery production operations to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency. Develop new bakery products, recipes, and formulations aligned with market trends and customer needs. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements. Optimize production processes, ingredient utilization, and product shelf life. Train, mentor, and supervise bakery production teams. Conduct product testing, quality evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage production costs, yields, and wastage control measures. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Bakery Science, or a related field. Professional baking qualifications will be an added advantage. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior bakery production, R&D, or food science role. Strong knowledge of bread, pastry, pie, and confectionery production. Experience in commercial bakery operations and product development. Skills and Competencies Product innovation and formulation expertise. Strong analytical and research capabilities.
