Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and vigilant Bodyguard to join our security team in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive personal protection and security services to our clients. You will maintain the highest standards of professionalism while ensuring the safety and security of assigned individuals through proactive threat assessment, situational awareness, and swift decision-making.

Provide discreet and professional personal protection services to assigned clients in various environments
Conduct thorough threat assessments and risk analyses to identify potential security vulnerabilities
Maintain constant situational awareness and vigilance to detect and respond to security threats
Implement and enforce established security protocols and procedures
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including medical incidents and security breaches
Coordinate and communicate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as needed
Document all incidents, observations, and security concerns in detailed reports
Conduct surveillance and monitoring activities while maintaining client confidentiality
Perform defensive driving techniques when transporting clients
Stay current with security trends, threats, and best practices in the industry

Qualifications

Valid security certification or professional bodyguard training credential
Minimum 3 years of experience in personal protection, security, or law enforcement
Excellent physical fitness and tactical proficiency
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
Strong threat assessment and risk management capabilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and make decisive decisions under pressure
Knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency response procedures
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Preferred: Defensive driving certification
Preferred: Experience with executive or VIP protection
Preferred: Familiarity with Berlin's security landscape and local regulations
