You join our Analytics team on day one and work on real client projects within your first weeks. Three things shape your four months: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Real client work from the start.&nbsp;You'll contribute to live projects for brands such as Zalando, Stokke, Nikon and Lufthansa, taking on more ownership each month. By month four you'll be working much like a junior consultant.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Masterclasses. An applied curriculum run by our analytics experts. Practical sessions on the tools and methods we use with clients, not a repeat of university theory.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">A named buddy. A senior consultant who plans your week with you, reviews your work and is accountable for your progress. When the traineeship ends, our intention is to offer you a junior contract, subject to performance and business needs. </li> </ul> &nbsp; ABOUT THE ROLE You'll join our Analytics team in Skopje and work alongside consultants across Europe. Together we help clients build strong data foundations, from how data is measured and collected to how it's processed and put to use. You'll learn how client-side and server-side tracking work, get hands-on with the main analytics platforms and start working with cloud data in BigQuery. &nbsp; WHAT YOU BRING <ul> <li>A degree in a quantitative, business, marketing or technical field, or you'll complete one before February 2027</li> <li>Preferably work experience in digital marketing, programming, data or analytics: a student job, an internship or up to around one year full-time</li> <li>Hands-on familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager, from work, coursework or your own projects</li> <li>Basic SQL and confidence with spreadsheets</li> <li>Curiosity about how websites and apps collect data</li> <li>Clear written and spoken English</li> <li>A proactive attitude and a real wish to learn fast </li> </ul> Nice to have <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">A Google Analytics certification</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to BigQuery or Google Cloud Platform</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Some HTML/JavaScript or Python</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with a consent management platform or another analytics tool, such as Adobe Analytics</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Agency experience</li> </ul> &nbsp; WE OFFER <ul> <li>A paid four-month traineeship&nbsp;</li> <li>Masterclasses and a dedicated senior buddy</li> <li>Real work for global brands from your first weeks</li> <li>Hybrid working</li> <li>A purpose-driven company: B Corp certified, plus our annual DEPT® Cares Month for charity volunteering </li> </ul> &nbsp; WHY DEPT®?
