Job Description:

As a Backend Engineer at Shinra, you will be responsible for server-side web application logic. You will work hand in hand with our front-end developers to ensure our products run smoothly, ensuring the system is secure, user-friendly, and runs with high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement server-side logic using optimal coding and software design patterns.
Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of the systems and services.
Develop data models and manage database interactions.
Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the production environment.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
Proficient knowledge of back-end programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
Experience with server-side frameworks such as Express.js, Ruby on Rails, or Spring.
Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong understanding of database management and data modeling.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
