Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&amp;D.</div><h2 id="The-Role" data-local-id="73a1d50d-b389-4a48-9928-32da67ee3fe1" data-renderer-start-pos="93">The Role</h2> We are looking for a Regional IT Asset Manager to own the governance of the RMA lifecycle and spare-parts availability for GPU and network hardware across Nebius data centers in the region. You will work directly with hardware vendors, site teams, logistics, procurement and Finance, set the standards and KPIs for asset management, and lead the asset-management team. Your responsibilities will include:&nbsp; RMA lifecycle governance <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="5b451a781e9d" data-indent-level="1"> <li> Own end-to-end RMA governance for DC IT hardware: track, analyse, report and drive cases to closure with vendors and internal teams. Current focus: servers, GPUs, nodes, transceivers, NVIDIA switches. </li> <li> Monitor failure rates and RMA ageing; escalate directly with vendors when failure rates spike or turnaround slips. </li> <li> Run weekly site + vendor reviews to keep RMA ageing and spare levels under control. </li> </ul> Spare parts management <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="4a500ba32051" data-indent-level="1"> <li> Coordinate spares site by site with Site Spare Specialists; review and approve spare-part orders prepared by sites. </li> <li> Maintain target stock levels per site and platform, balancing spares against the RMA pipeline and failure trends. </li> <li> Own spares budgeting and forecasting for the region. </li> </ul> Policies, standards &amp; analytics <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="ae71c6b33d5f" data-indent-level="1"> <li> Set and enforce the asset-management lifecycle policy, standards and best practices. </li> <li> Own asset and RMA data standards in Jira; drive data quality and enrichment for analytics. </li> <li> Build and maintain dashboards with controls and KPIs for RMA and spares; drive continuous improvement. </li> </ul> New site onboarding <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="260ffe0ad1c6" data-indent-level="1"> <li> Set up asset-management functions for new sites: RMA process, vendor portal integration, spares baseline, Jira structure. </li> </ul> Insurance, disposal, audits &amp; finance <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="53a6af71e9ce" data-indent-level="1"> <li> Drive insurance cases for damaged or lost equipment to closure. </li> <li> Own disposal management: secure decommissioning, data-sanitisation evidence, write-off. </li> <li> Liaise with Legal and Finance on audits and bank/collateral asset reporting. </li> </ul> Stakeholders, team &amp; training <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="ff737b0fb4eb" data-indent-level="1"> <li> Work closely with logistics and warehouse, procurement, site teams and vendors. </li> <li> Lead hiring and onboarding for the asset-management team. </li> <li> Train stakeholders on IT asset management and RMA processes. </li> <li> Visit sites as required. </li> </ul> <h3 id="Requirements:" data-local-id="82e35dd0-267c-4079-84f6-b2c3246b323a" data-renderer-start-pos="1750">Requirements:</h3> <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="a296e1721b50" data-indent-level="1"> <li> Proven IT asset management experience for data center hardware, including hands-on RMA management with OEMs (NVIDIA, Supermicro, Gigabyte, ASUS or similar). </li> <li> Understanding of GPU server and network components (GPUs, nodes, PSUs, transceivers, switches) and their typical failure modes. </li> <li> Experience with spare-parts planning for DC operations: stock levels, lead times, criticality. </li> <li> Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting related to IT assets and spares. </li> <li> Jira / JSM as asset and RMA tracking system; JQL and dashboards.
