Job Description

We are looking for #Software_Development_Team_Leader to lead a team of Ruby On Rails.

- Lead a team in the creation of high quality software within agreed project deadlines.

- Work closely with other team leaders and development teams when necessary to create software that is cohesive.

- Work closely with peers in the business to fully understand the business process and requirements.

- Ensure that projects are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule

- Supervise, train and guide team members.

Qualifications

- 5+ Years’ Experience in full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.

-at least 2 years Proven experience of leading a #Ruby_on_rails team.

- Degree of Computer Science, Software Eng. or similar technical degree.

- Experience using SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge and experience of using different database engines (MSSQL, PostgreSQL..).

- Able to work well under pressure, & focused during times of change.
