The Business Planning Team, as part of the Nordic Finance function, supports Nordic Management in delivering our transformation across the Nordic markets. As a Business Planning Sr Specialist, you will be part of the Finance community and interact daily with almost all other functions in the company. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Support the translation of strategic plans into operational business and financial plans that support the local market strategy

Provide insightful analysis to support the conversion of the consumer journey into financial projections and integrate them into business plans

Provide forward-looking financial insights into market conditions, competitors and alternative business scenarios

Support the rollout of new products

Prepare ad hoc analyses to support the decision-making process and maximize ROI

Support the preparation of presentations and reports, striving to provide a clear and comprehensive view of the business

Present monthly business performance with forward-looking analysis

Support pricing analysis and provide recommendations to the management team

Understand the impact of various regulatory measures on business performance

Manage local data governance to ensure alignment with our standards
