Contract | Part-time November - January, then full-time January - May | Hybrid We're looking for an operations lead to cover our Director of Operations during a four-month leave. The role sits at the center of the business. You'll run our creative pipeline and move several company projects forward. It suits someone who has agency experience, is comfortable working across creative and technical teams, and can pick things up quickly. The first month is a paid handover alongside the current Director. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments and is excited about juggling multiple priorities without losing focus. They bring operational rigor to creative work, ensuring that ideas move efficiently from concept to execution, while maintaining the highest standard of quality.
