The role This role focuses on triage, resolution, and customer communication, resolving common issues at first contact where possible and escalating appropriately to senior support or IT Technical Operations when required. The Service Desk Analyst plays a key role in delivering a positive, consistent support experience across the Envest Group. Frontline IT Support & Triage Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests via the Service Desk. Diagnose, resolve, or escalate incidents and requests in line with defined support models. Provide L1–1.5 support across user accounts, devices, applications, and connectivity.
