To build a relationship with customers, and solve all their queries and doubts. To handle overbearing/challenging customers with ease. To raise all demands based on the payment milestones, record all the receipts and do regular payment follow ups. Timely reminders and documentation compliance in case of non payment. Should be able to prepare all critical documents like agreement for sale, NOC, possession letter, and other legal documents with accuracy. Should be aware of the registration process and relevant government regulation updates. Coordinating with bankers for customer disbursements.
