Job Summary

The HEDIS Coordinator II works independently and in collaboration with the IPA Director HCCs and STARs, Health Plan partners, MSO teams, physicians, and billing staff to ensure accurate documentation, coding compliance, and adherence to NCQA quality standards. Plays a key part in driving quality improvement initiatives, supporting audit readiness, and improving healthcare outcomes across HEDIS, STARS, and value-based care programs. The HEDIS Coordinator II is responsible for advanced data analysis, provider education, gap-closure strategies, and workflow optimization while serving as a subject matter resource for quality programs. Willing and able to travel to multiple worksites.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred. Familiarity with managed care, commercial and point of service medical care preferred. HEDIS experience preferred. Computer literate with knowledge and experience with specific software such as Microsoft Office.
