Tasks & Responsibilities Lead and support the team to ensure efficient daily production operations. Monitor performance and workflow to ensure efficient plant operations. Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize disruption to production. Manage resource allocations effectively to meet production schedules. Coordinate with other departments to meet production objectives and maintain seamless operations. Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule to maximize the operational life of equipment and minimize downtime. Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, developing and implementing effective solutions to minimize operational impact. Qualifications & experience Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, safety regulations, and equipment used in the HVAC&R or chemical industry Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Certificate in Engineering (Fitting and Machining) or equivalent is preferred.
