We’re now increasing our team of Inside Sales in Porto ! 🚀 The Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in building a scalable, performance-driven Inside Sales model . This is a hunter role , ideal for people who love prospecting, closing deals, and hitting targets. You will: Execute inbound and outbound campaigns Qualify prospects and drive opportunities Manage the sales cycle through to closing (on a defined scope) Work closely with Marketing, BDRs and Field Sales 🎯 What You’ll Do Qualify inbound leads (marketing, events, direct requests) Run outbound prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, sequences) Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities Manage deals end-to-end until signature Maintain a clean and active pipeline in Salesforce Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging Consistently work towards monthly and quarterly targets 🕵️ What We’re Looking For Experience 2–3 years in Inside Sales, SDR/BDR or similar roles B2B SaaS or tech experience is a strong plus Proven exposure to outbound prospecting Languages Native French (mandatory) Professional English Any additional European language is a plus Mindset & Skills Strong sales DNA and closing mentality Comfortable with targets, KPIs and performance pressure Clear and confident communication (phone & email) Resilient, structured and coachable Motivated by results and continuous improvement Tools CRM experience (Salesforce ideally) Sales engagement tools (Lemlist or similar) Data- and KPI-driven mindset 🚀 Career Growth This role is designed as a fast-growth entry point : ISR Level 1 → ISR Level 2 → Account Executive (SMB / Mid-Market) or → Senior ISR / BDR → Inside Sales Team Leader Joining at the start of the BU means real visibility, impact and accelerated progression . 💎 What We Offer 💰 14 salary payments per year 🍽️ Meal vouchers (€10,20 euros/day) ✨ Benefits platform 🌴 23 vacation days + Dec 24th or 31st off 🗣️ Language training ⚕️ Private medical insurance 🎉 Team events & afterworks 📍 Location: Porto 🕒 Type: Full-time 👉 Ready to join a growing SaaS company and be part of our growth?
