Job Description

To provide on-site support to troubleshoot, repair and configure monochrome and color laser printers. The technician will be required to provide a high level of customer service while repairing the devices.

Print Technician Responsibilities Include:

Full-scale troubleshooting and repair (ability to replace all components of the device)
Respond to service request tickets, update and closes tickets with detailed information within the assigned response/resolve time frame or SLA’s (Service Level Agreements)
Professionally interact and collaborate with clients, other vendors and teammates
Identify patterns and recommend solutions to supervisors
Maintain inventory for parts and order parts as needed
Escalate issues immediately
Flexible travel as required
Flexible to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required
May be asked to back up or perform duties of other job roles as qualified
Maintains technical knowledge by completing training and reviewing technical publications

Qualifications

Print Technician Requirements:

High School Diploma minimum, technical associates degree preferred
1-3 years of print break/fix experience in an environment of 300+ devices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Maintain a professional appearance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Must be able to pass color test
Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a client background check, and drug screening.
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19.
