Jack Shaw Client Services Manager After a 14-year career in the Navy, Jack transitioned into the commercial sector, where his military experience is well-suited to his role as an ERS Client Services Manager Katie Sheridan Client Services Seeking a career change from retail, Katie Sheridan secured her first role in security with ERS as a gatehouse guard. Since then, she's been promoted to Client Services Manager, supporting security operations across our health portfolio. Rob Rogers Senior Intelligence Analyst and EOC Supervisor Rob Rodgers spent many years developing his intelligence craft with roles in the Navy and Police. At ERS, he applies that experience to support a broad range of intelligence and security operations for our clients.
