1. OMS Experience with SIM/SOM, SFS, BOPUS, Inventory, Fulfillment, DropShip

2. Experience with troubleshooting live production Order Management Systems

3. Experience on UNIX and DB scripting

4. Experience on debugging performance issues

5. Experience with application monitoring tools. All layers

Preferred (List 5-7)

Target >= 50%

1. Experience interacting with 3rd party and WCS eCommerce Systems

2. Experience supporting Incident Management

3. Experience non production environments

4. Experience creating custom alert scripts

5. Experience creating custom DB reporting

Qualifications
