We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of experience, strong in the MERN stack, and proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript to build scalable, high-performance features for our AI-driven sales enablement platform.

Job requirements

Experience 2–3 years of hands-on development experience in Full Stack development with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Technical Skills Strong knowledge and proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+), including writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Front-End Frameworks Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Redux, and Next.js for building responsive and reusable UI components.

Back-End Development Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for server-side development, including REST API design and integration.

Database Management Experience working with MongoDB or equivalent NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization.

Cloud Platforms and Deployment Familiarity with cloud service platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, including experience with deployment, scaling, and CI/CD pipelines.

Version Control Solid understanding and practical experience using version control systems such as Git and GitHub for collaborative development.

Performance and Compatibility Ability to ensure web applications are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and optimized for performance.

Collaboration and Communication Skills Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with product managers, designers, AI engineers, and fellow developers; good communication skills for code reviews and mentor-ship.

Problem-Solving Abilities A proactive problem-solving mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup environment.
