We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high‑level support to an N‑2 executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, exercises excellent judgment, and brings 5+ years of advanced administrative experience. 

What You’ll Do:

Manage complex calendars, meetings, and international travel. Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and prioritization. Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports. Gather and organize information for executive briefings, speeches, and decision‑making. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Manage projects and processes independently with minimal supervision. Solve complex administrative challenges and streamline workflows. Provide guidance and support to junior administrative staff when needed. 

What You Bring

5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives. Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and calm under pressure. Advanced proficiency in document preparation and office tools. Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset. Experience navigating organizational processes (finance, approvals, operations) is a plus. This is a full-time consultant position in Skövde through Incluso.
