Job Description
- Overall responsibility for recruiting, orienting and training, supervising and developing Group Managers and Sales Counselors for his/her agency
- Provides training and orientation of CFPI products and services to his/her associates
- Conducts regular meetings as prescribed in the system
- Coordinates marketing support activities with the Area Head
- Conducts Career Orientation programs and other meetings in consonance with company official Fast Track program to demonstrate strong leadership among Group Managers
- Responsible for the sales and recruitment results of his/her agency.
Qualifications
- Preferably College Graduate
- With administrative skills
- Leadership skills a must
Additional Information
- The Agency Manager position is a commission-based position. He/She received compensation according to the results of his/her agency's production.
