As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will lead that work across EMEA and APAC: running technical discovery, delivering demos that tell the right story, and shaping solutions that are ready to deliver. Solutions Engineering at Lighthouse is a collaborative process. We deeply understand customer challenges and use our technology to create tailored solutions. You will work with Sales, Services, Product and Engineering, as part of Revenue Excellence alongside Enablement and Sales Automation. Where you will have impact Win deals in EMEA and APAC <ul> <li>Use AI as a force multiplier. Lean on AI tools to prepare for discovery, tailor demos to each customer's business case and speed up RFP and RFI responses. Push back when the tools get it wrong and help make the system smarter.</li> <li>Run technical discovery with Sales to understand business drivers, risks and technical requirements, and map our solutions to them.</li> <li>Deliver confident technical presentations and demos across our portfolio, including Business Intelligence, Custom Reporting, Rate Insight, Benchmark Insight, Market Insight, Parity Insight, THN and DaaS.</li> <li>Lead RFP and RFI responses from start to finish.</li> </ul> Build solutions that deliver <ul> <li>Build custom dashboards in Google Looker using Salesforce data, and custom data in Custom Reporting.</li> <li>Write Statements of Work for customized product development.</li> <li>Work with Implementation, Support and Customer Success so solutions are deliverable and timelines are achievable.</li> </ul> Strengthen the team and the product <ul> <li>Deliver training and product support to customers, partners and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Share field feedback with Product Management on current products and input on new ones.</li> <li>&nbsp;Keep management informed with timely activity reports, bid reviews, forecasts and progress against KPIs.</li> </ul> About our team Revenue Excellence supports a Revenue organization of 150+ sales professionals in 24 countries.
