We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Global Expansion Producer to lead the production rollout of our Strategic Scalable Initiatives (SSI) across international markets. Working globally rather than within a single region, you will partner with IP Owners, Business teams, Project Managers and Local Producers to transform successful productions into scalable, expansion-ready experiences. Your focus will be on enabling faster launches, maintaining consistently high production standards, and building the systems and processes that allow our experiences to grow efficiently around the world. Success requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving, influencing teams across multiple regions, and continuously improving how we launch and operate at scale. <h1>What You'll Own</h1> As Global Expansion Producer, you will be the global production owner for one or more SSI experiences. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders across multiple regions, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are naturally organised, highly analytical and constantly looking for ways to improve processes, simplify complexity and enable others to succeed.
