We are seeking an experienced, client-facing Functional Consultant to support portal implementations within SylogistGov's Victim Services Suite. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant functional consulting or business analysis experience, with strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and working with customers and technical delivery teams. In this role, you will lead portal discovery, document requirements, develop wireframes, and define CRM mapping for the portal. You will also review portal builds, support user acceptance testing, and collaborate with the broader implementation team to ensure portal functionality meets customer requirements.
