Job Description

The Data Analytics Specialist builds innovative machine learning solutions addressing some of the industry's most pressing issues. As a Methodologist, you will work closely with our project teams to source, define and document development initiatives that will expand our capabilities and further automate our project software pipeline.

How you'll spend your time…

Develop expertise in data assets and products to support methodology development for client projects
Collaborate with client-facing teams on projects to ensure quality and efficiency in project delivery
Assist in writing stories for enhancements/improvements and review across both key stakeholders and developers
Assist in developing internal documentation and support material around product specifications and capabilities
Provide training on new releases of product for key stakeholders to successfully deliver client projects
Work with team members who are based in different time zones (predominantly US East coast and Europe)
Help in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of a release or sprint.

Our ideal candidate: Experience

Bachelor's Degree in analytical field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, etc.), Degree in Statistics
Experience with healthcare claims or patient-level data analysis
Working/leading projects across cross-functional teams. Preferred experience in leading projects
Working on several simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
