31-W Insulation Company, a leader in the field of installed building products, is currently recruiting for a result driven Outside Sales Associate. At this location we offer garage doors, shelving, mirrors, shower doors, bathroom hardware, and door knobs. Responsibilities include market analysis, educating customers about the company’s product features and benefits, services, prices and other key distinguishing characteristics in the marketplace.Successful candidates have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong presentation skills, and a successful track record creating new business through various channels (retail, distribution, consumer direct, etc.)

We offer generous commission plan with a weekly draw as well as benefit package including a company vehicle, available medical insurance, and paid sick leave/vacation.

The compensation is commission with a weekly draw. Salary while training.
