Job Description

Responsible for providing support to technical professionals with regard to a variety of administrative, systems, and business operations problems, and participation in related system development projects of the most complex nature.

Requires a seasoned expert on the integration of multiple systems or large-scale development projects. Responsible for development of test cases, performing testing, and providing root cause analysis

Responsibilities may include: determining and defining system specifications, process improvement, quality assurance, interaction with customers and technical staff, strong emphasis on problem resolution, and project-lead activities.

Qualifications

3 years' experience working on software quality assurance and testing teams, with an emphasis on functional testing

3 years' experience developing new testing processes

Experience with testing automation

Experience testing various browsers and mobile devices

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

1-2 years' insurance product knowledge

1-2 years' experience in workforce development and resource management
