Job Description

Duties:

• Inbound and outbound calling, no cold-calling

•Respond to client request for coverages while representing their best interests

•Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system

•Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies

• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

• Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call

• Completing applications for insurance products

• Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get client approved for coverage

Qualifications

High School Diploma Minimum
Functional & Working computer
Outgoing and personable personality
Self-starter
Disiplined Individual that is looking to start a Career
