You are highly coachable, welcome constructive feedback as a tool for personal growth, and thrive as an active team player in a collaborative environment.</p> <h2 data-path-to-node="6"> </h2> <h3 data-path-to-node="6">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="7"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Business Analysis & Workshops:</strong> Co-facilitate discovery workshops to gather comprehensive client business requirements and map current processes.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Functional Design & Optimization:</strong> Analyze operational workflows (finance, supply chain, CRM), identify systemic inefficiencies, and design target functional architectures aligned with industry best practices.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">System Configuration (NetSuite):</strong> Translate validated workflows into functional specifications and handle direct configuration within the NetSuite platform (creating custom fields, forms, roles, dashboards, and approval workflows).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Testing & Quality Assurance (UAT):</strong> Develop test scenarios, perform functional testing, and guide clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system logic and data integrity.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Deployment & Go-Live:</strong> Play an active role during critical deployment and Go-Live phases, assisting with data migration to ensure a smooth operational transition.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Training & Documentation:</strong> Deliver engaging training sessions tailored for client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and end-users, and write clear functional guides to solidify ERP adoption.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Post-Go-Live Support:</strong> Provide Tier 2/3 functional support and hypercare to clients during the operational stabilization phase immediately following deployment.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="9"> </h3> <h3 data-path-to-node="9">Requirements & Qualifications</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="10"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">ERP / SaaS Experience (Core Requirement):</strong> 1 to 5 years of experience in functional analysis, consulting, or software implementation within the ERP .</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Client-Facing & Analytical Mindset (Core Requirement):</strong> Proven client-facing background with a natural ability to analyze, document, and improve complex business processes.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Bilingualism (Core Requirement):</strong> Flawless verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (essential for handling our bilingual North American client base).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Education:</strong> University degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Business Administration (Operations/Logistics Management), or a related field.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="11"> </h3> <h3 data-path-to-node="11">Nice-to-Haves:</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="12"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,0,0">Foundational knowledge of corporate accounting: General understanding of standard financial workflows (General Ledger / GL, Accounts Payable / AP, Accounts Receivable / AR).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,1,0">Direct hands-on experience or certification with the <strong data-path-to-node="12,1,0" data-index-in-node="53">NetSuite</strong> platform (or other mainstream ERP systems like SAP, Odoo, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, ADP, Salesforce,etc.).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,2,0">Experience drafting process workflows using mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro).</p> </li> </ul> <h2 data-path-to-node="14"> </h2> <h3 data-path-to-node="14">Logistics</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="15"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="15,0,0">Permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="15,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="15,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Hybrid Model:</strong> 3 days/week in-office at our Montreal office (near Sauvé metro station).</p> </li> </ul> <blockquote data-path-to-node="16"> <p data-path-to-node="16,0"><em data-path-to-node="16,0" data-index-in-node="0">This position requires proficiency in a language other than French due to the fact that 75% of our clients operate in English.</em></p> </blockquote> <p> </p>
