Job Description

Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- At least High School/Senior High School graduate w/1-year customer service work experience.
- College Graduate.
- College Level (At least 1 year if without work experience).
- Computer Literate.
- Fluent in English in both Written & Verbal.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules.
- Willing to relocate to Roxas City, Capiz.
