Financial analyst

Position Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Financial Consulting Division of the Controller’s organization.

Minimum Requirements

1-A bachelor degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or its equivalent and a relevant certification CPA, CMA or CFA. Graduate degree is desirable.

2- A minimum of 6 years of work experience in industry or a combination of industry and consulting experience (preferred). Relevant experience may include financial analysis; capital markets; business development; industry research; mergers, acquisitions, divestitures; corporate finance and process/change management or strategy/management consulting. In addition, negotiation and leadership skills are highly desirable. Relevant experience within one or more industries is desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated leadership, customer relations, people and knowledge development. You should be able to combine industry experience with acute strategic and analytical skills. Other responsibilities may include:

·Act as a key topic content lead for proposals or other business development work

· Financial modeling and business support in due diligence.

· Capital project analysis.

· Business/investment analysis pertaining to asset divestment, service outsourcing, contract evaluation.

Feasibility/operational studies.
