We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Accounts Receivable Analyst, based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, to become a member of our Fronius México Team.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure portfolio recovery on time.
• Verify that invoices have been uploaded to customer portals and comply with customer requirements.
• Track and resolve outstanding collection issues.
• Collaborate with the finance team in the identification and application of deposits in the ERP system.
• Send account statements and ensure clients receive them in a timely manner.
• Prepare and follow up on clients' credit applications with the credit insurance company.
• Generate payment complements and complete all customer-required procedures to ensure their correct receipt and processing.
• Prepare periodic reports, statistical data, and support accounting activities as required.

We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience: ​

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excel knowledge (70–80% proficiency).
• Intermediate to Advanced English (Advanced level preferred).
