Key Responsibilities Maintain the daily operation and control manpower in packaging line to ensure production run smoothly and efficiency with high productivity. Control packaging material to minimize the loss in the packaging line. Control and take corrective action among team in each process of production line to achieve the highest quality of product. To ensure the daily operation report are correct and on time. Conduct and investigate Root Cause Failure Analysis by following the manual operation and troubleshooting of machine to ensure the production runs smoothly with high productivity. Enforce the sustainability in the actual practice of ISO (QMS, FSMS, EMS), GHP and HACCP among subordinate to achieve highest quality and food safety of product in each process from packaging material to finish goods. Lead and implement the chemical waste, solid waste and plastic waste storage and disposal. Identify, analyze and monitor the Production performance by setting processing variable, observing control points, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, and reporting to enhance high productivity Lead and control equipment maintenance and minor repair in the packaging line to restore the basic condition of plant equipment with Occupational Health and Safety manner. Coach, train, motivate operators and team leaders of each process to follow the standard operating procedures including quality checks and working process of each operation. Implement and maintain 5S + 2S (5S, Safety and Security) at packaging areas to ensure safety and improvement on working environment. Other tasks will be assigned from time to time. Success Factors Demonstrate strong team player and be able to lead the subordinate with different personality and background Be able to perform multiple tasks with high commitment and strong organizational skill Demonstrate self-motivated and self-organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications Education: University degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent Experiences: At least 3-5 years of experience in Technical Skill or equivalent in FMCG Manufacturing Skills and knowledge: Working knowledge of the principles of manufacturing management and interdependencies.
