Our teams combine trusted journalism and cultural storytelling with technology, data and commerce to create experiences that inform, inspire and entertain audiences across generations and around the globe. And together, we are shaping what’s next.

Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Manage the events inbox and respond promptly and thoughtfully to inquiries about Delish and House Beautiful events.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to identify and secure the right spaces for each event.
  • Partner with the building team to collect, process, and track certificates of insurance (COIs) and other required documentation.
  • Serve as a warm, reliable point of contact for clients, answering questions, sharing updates, and keeping plans moving forward.
  • Anticipate event needs, identify potential challenges, and proactively address details to help ensure successful execution.
  • Support the preparation and execution of event contracts while keeping paperwork organized and moving toward completion.
  • Track invoices and follow up with clients and internal teams to help ensure payments are received on time.
  • Assist with event planning and on-site execution as needed, including arriving early for setup and staying late to help ensure cleanup is completed.

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • 2+ years of experience in events, hospitality, client services, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple projects, deadlines, and details moving at once.
  • Warm, polished communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and internal partners.
  • A proactive, can-do approach with the ability to anticipate needs and jump in wherever support is needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and an instinct for the thoughtful touches that make events feel smooth and memorable.
  • Reliable follow-through, sound judgment, and a willingness to get into the details when the job calls for it.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and hands-on support is sometimes required.
  • Ability to work in our New York City office four days per week, with flexibility to support event setup and cleanup as needed.
