Job Description

Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in application testing, preferably in Agile
environment
Experience in web and mobile applications (Android and iOS) required
Tools experience: Appium for mobile applications, Postman, Gherkin, GIT, JIRA, Jenkins
Strong problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies
High proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia to understand and interpret specifications and test cases clearly
Strong team player; ability to work in diverse team and dynamic work environment
Pro-active, target oriented and ability to pay attention to detail
Self-motivated, self-driven, with positive and can–do attitude
Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
● Lead Senior and Junior Test Engineers on manual UI tests
● Hands on testing alongside Test Engineers
● Responsible to create Test Plan, Test Strategy and Test Cases
● Conduct Test Execution, Regression test and Exit Criteria
● Ensure maximum test coverage to ensure zero high / medium criticality bugs in
released product
● Mentor and train Test Engineers
● Responsible to create all tester documentation and review documentation from
junior and senior test engineers
● Ensure all test items are archived in git regularly and JIRA is all up to date
● Participation in all project reviews and rituals
● Report status to Head of QA regularly
