Annual Salary Range: $75,000 to $120,000/year **Must have 2-3 years prior dealership service experience** Coordinate service appointments and welcome customers professionally. Develop accurate repair estimates and establish realistic completion timelines. Communicate repair progress, cost changes, and service recommendations. Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services. Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while meeting productivity goals. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
