Description

Infor is seeking a QA Analyst to support testing and quality assurance efforts for the Agentic Hub platform. This role will focus on validating AI-powered applications, ensuring product quality, reliability, scalability, and exceptional user experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and UX teams to deliver high-quality releases.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory test cases.
Validate frontend and backend functionality across web applications and services.
Collaborate with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback.
Develop automated test scenarios where applicable.
Support testing of AI-powered features and intelligent user experiences.
Verify API integrations, workflows, and cloud-based functionality.
Track, document, and communicate defects throughout the development lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of software quality assurance experience.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
Experience testing web-based applications and APIs.
Experience in UX Automation.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with test automation frameworks and automation tools.
Exposure to AWS cloud environments.
Experience testing AI/GenAI-enabled applications.
Familiarity with performance, security, and integration testing.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and quality gates.
Experience working with distributed global teams.
