In this role, you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in remotely managing a large diverse territory of strategic accounts. You will be comfortable embracing a start-up environment where personal performance is critical and a do what it takes attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit, is celebrated. You will have the flexibility and determination to participate in any activity to ensure success as Workato’s Enterprise mission scales. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li> Generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach. </li> <li> Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities within strategic enterprise accounts. </li> <li> Research target organizations and identify key decisionmakers and stakeholders. </li> <li> Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and execute targeted campaigns. </li> <li> Qualify opportunities using established sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC. </li> <li> Understand customer business priorities and effectively communicate the value of Workato's solutions. </li> <li> Achieve activity, pipeline, and opportunity generation targets. </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li> 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or sales development experience, preferably within a SaaS environment. </li> <li> Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. </li> <li> Experience with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, or Force Management. </li> <li> Familiarity with account-based selling and enterprise prospecting. </li> <li> Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, or similar platforms. </li> <li> Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills. </li> <li> Excellent business acumen with the ability to connect business challenges to technology solutions. </li> <li> Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. </li> <li> Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset. </li> </ul>
