Industrial Engineer/Lean Transformation Leader (FULL TIME – DIRECT PLACEMENT/PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY)

Marinette, WI

Salary: $60k-$80k Yearly

Qualifications

Job requires the ability to:

Lead lean transformation activities across the facility
Teach lean tools to include, but not limited to: value stream mapping, SMED, 5S, poke yoke, kaizen, kanban, and heijunka
Serve as consultant to the business in living a lean lifestyle.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and 5-7 years of experience implementing lean in a high volume manufacturing environment.
