As a Facility Chemist, you will manage hazardous and chemical waste programs on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include waste characterization, consolidation, packing, shipping, and training on chemical safety and waste management. Your role will require strong attention to detail and effective collaboration with facility management on tasks such as RCRA and DOT compliance, technical services, transportation, and waste disposal coordination.&nbsp; This position offers hands-on experience across various waste management areas. This role is onsite and is based in Casa Grande, AZ. Essential responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Develop the knowledge and experience to manage a permitted facility</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Understand facility permit and local governing agency expectations for waste management</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Assist with general facility compliance including performing daily/weekly/monthly compliance checks, training, SOP implementation/review, and process review</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Assist with general facility operations including serving as management if the Plant Manager is not available</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Consolidate waste according to permits, disposal facility requirements, and customer preferences</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Build loads for outbound transportation</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Assist with waste determinations/profile management and laboratory operations</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Coordinate outbound shipments- setting up deliveries, scheduling transporters, etc.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Develop an understanding of OSHA regulations, Triumvirate’s Health and Safety Practices, and EPA regulations</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Demonstrate your supervisory leadership abilities through interaction with coworkers</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Work towards becoming familiar with technical, customer service, and business components of environmental services</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Work with computerized waste tracking systems</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Upon completion of emergency response (ER) training, you will be part of an in-house ER team</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">This position also includes the daily need to lift items that weigh up to 75 pounds</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">This is a safety sensitive position&nbsp;</li> </ul> Basic Requirements: <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">BS/BA in Environmental Science or Business-related degree required OR 2+ years of industry, or relative Military experience</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Valid driver’s license in good standing</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ability to work as a member of a team as well as individually</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel preferred</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Personality conducive to teamwork</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Strong communication, problem solving, and relationship building skills preferred</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;
