We emphasize continuous improvement, technical excellence, and robust peer-review practices.</p> <h4><br>Job Summary</h4> <p>We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer whol will be a technical pillar and a subject matter expert in low/medium power electronics, analog electronics, and digital electronics.&nbsp;Beyond technical execution, this role involves shaping the hardware architecture, driving complex technical decisions, ensuring design for manufacturability (DFM), and mentoring mid-level and junior engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for an&nbsp;engineer&nbsp;who wants to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects from concept to mass production</p> <h4>Responsibilities and Duties</h4> <ul> <li>Leading the end-to-end development of complex digital, analog, and mixed-signal devices</li> <li>Architecting system-level hardware solutions and selecting key components based on cost, performance, and availability</li> <li>Designing multi-layer PCBs with a strong focus on Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMC/EMI compliance</li> <li>Carrying out advanced measurements, debugging complex hardware issues, and analyzing results using high-end lab equipment</li> <li>Developing Design for Testing (DFT) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines for new products</li> <li>Conducting schematic and PCB layout reviews for the team</li> <li>Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices in hardware development.</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications and skills</h4> <ul> <li>BS degree or higher in Electronics or related field</li> <li>5+ years of experience designing products in the consumer electronics space</li> <li>Practical knowledge of analog / digital circuit design principles, component selection and cost-schedule optimization strategies</li> <li>Deep understanding of electrical engineering standards and specifications</li> <li>Experience in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions</li> <li>Working knowledge of designing mixed-signal hardware schematics and layout using CAD tools</li> <li>Experience with high-speed digital electronics design</li> <li>Experience working with power harvesting, low power electronics, and battery powered electronics</li> <li>Experience solving thermal design challenges and outdoor, weatherproof product design</li> <li>Design and troubleshooting skills for power electronics</li> <li>Understanding product tradeoffs in the context of user experience</li> <li>Good written and spoken English</li> </ul> <h4>Nice to have</h4> <ul> <li>DSP (Digital Signal Processing) or FPGA experience (Verilog/VHDL)</li> <li>Experience with Python or LabVIEW for test automation</li> <li>Familiarity with RF design basics or wireless communication modules (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa)</li> <li>Knowledge of thermal management in electronics.</li> </ul> <h4>We offer multiple benefits that include</h4> <ul> <li>The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture and an individual approach to each team member</li> <li>Competitive compensation and perks.
