Job Description

Drafting and negotiating AoA of all types of Corporations, Shareholders’ Agreements, GM/ BoD resolutions.
Consulting on corporate strategies in multinational Group of Companies.
Managing and operating M&As.
Advising on Corporate Financing (Loans, VCs Investments and drafting Sale & Purchase Agreements, Pledge Agreements, Loan / Bond Agreements, Securities Agreement etc.
Negotiating & Drafting Commercial Agreements (Lease Agreements, Agent/ Distribution/ Franchise Agreement, Sale, Service Agreements, etc.).
Managing day – to – day corporate and commercial needs of our corporate clients.

Qualifications

Law Degree from a European University.
LL.M (preferably Corporate/ Commercial/ Business Law)
7-10 years proven experience in advising frequently on corporate law matters (incorporation of multinationals Companies, corporate financing,) and commercial agreements
Litigation experience to corporate/ commercial law matters, will be highly appreciated.
At least 7 years working In a corporate environment or in a Law Firm handling corporate clients’ corporate and commercial legal needs.
Commercially minded practitioner with a business and pragmatic approach to contractual/ commercial matters.
Excellent English.
Strong written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Time & Account Management Skills.
A commitment to outstanding client service and the ability to develop a rapport with Clients.
