Role Purpose - This position is a Multi-Site Property Manager that reports directly to the General Manager and has the responsibility of managing all residential property management operations and financial performance of all assigned communities to achieve the business objectives of the company, clients, and investors including maximizing revenue and increasing cash flow.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of 3 years supervisory property management experience (may include combination of leasing, assistant manager, and/or property manager experience).
Ability to effectively communicate both written, and verbally, read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Must be able to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to work independently without supervision and has excellent time management skills
Comprehensive understanding of arithmetic, accounting, and financial statements such general ledger, variance reports, operating budgets, etc.
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Yardi Voyager, and the Internet.
Current Drivers License & Vehicle Insurance required
Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires and to be on call as needed
