Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships
Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
Develop standards and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancement
Gauge process of various projects / products
Communicate effectively with customers
Create reports to give updates on projects / products
Encourage new employee

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Informatics Engineering / Information System / equivalent
Having at least 7 years of working experience Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead
Proven experience in software engineering concepts, design patterns and algorithms
Excellent understanding in Deployment and Cloud Platform Architecture
Great analytical and math skills
Ability to collaborate with many teams
Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers, passionate in leading teams and growing people
Ability to give constructive critisim and to make decision quickly
