Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Experience&nbsp;managing&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;concurrent&nbsp;projects&nbsp;of&nbsp;varying&nbsp;complexity,&nbsp;size,&nbsp;and&nbsp;type.</li> <li>Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives, deadlines, and budgets.</li> <li>Manage the delivery of marketing content and operational materials across multiple channels.</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.</li> <li>Lead daily stand-ups, actively manage Kanban boards, and drive discussions around status updates and roadblocks.</li> <li>Apply Agile methodologies with a strong understanding of Agile principles such as collaboration, adaptability, continuous improvement, and value-driven delivery.</li> <li>Navigate Kanban project phases including: Backlog, Ready, Create/Review, Copy Edit, In Lit Review, Revisions, Record Keeping, Channel Build/Deploy, and Deploy.</li> <li>Demonstrate knowledge of content types such as Emails, Events, Presentations, Print, Social, Video, Web Articles, Web Pages, and Webinars.</li> <li>Understand specific marketing production processes across Print, Email, Video, Social, and Web.</li> <li>Oversee review workflows with strong attention to detail, tracking required approvals and ensuring proper documentation.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance within highly regulated marketing environments.</li> <li>Act as a strategic liaison between Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence throughout the marketing lifecycle.</li> <li>Identify potential compliance risks, recommend solutions, and maintain thorough documentation to support audits and regulatory inquiries.</li> <li>Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Adobe, Workfront (or similar platforms such as Jira, Asana, or Monday), Agile/Waterfall methodologies, Content Automation Technologies, and Publication &amp; Literature Reference Code databases.</li> </ul> Nice-to-have: AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
