Job Description

We are known for our work in the industrial industry, as such we are now looking to add to that area of our business by hiring an experienced Recruitment Consutlant.

You will be tasked to:

• Build relationships and speak with clients daily to understand their needs and plan your day accordingly.
• Generate business through following leads up
• Cold call as appropriate within your market and geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Ensure our CRM database is updated and accurate
• Maintain strong sales administration including the use of CRM to follow up on all leads
• Identify potential clients and the decision-makers
• Manage your candidates from start to finish with a high level of service

Qualifications

• You will have experience recruiting within the Industrial idustry and boast a track record of hitting sales targets
• You will have a growth mindset and want to grow your career with us
• Strong ownership mentality
• Strong communication and listening skills
