Alternative Staffing is looking for a reliable Staffing Dispatcher to join our team at our Addison IL location. Our ideal candidate works well in fast paced situations and can multi-task without losing track of tasks.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

-Identify qualified ready to work staff, hand out work assignments and clearly communicate job expectations

-Identify & schedule candidates for open orders

- End of day ticket

- Coordinate with van drivers to schedule job site staff drop off and pick up

- Communicate staffing concerns and issues to supervisor

- Answer phones and respond to emails.

Skills Needed to Be Successful in This Position:

-Positive, assertive with the ability to diffuse difficult situations.

-Must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.

-Must be able to work with a very diverse population

- Some computer experience is a must.

Additional things we are looking for:

-Stable employment history

-Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required

- Must have reliable transportation

Shift Schedule Available: Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm - Weekends as needed

Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 Plus depending on experience Plus full benefit package!
