Job Description:

Senior Delphi Developer to support applications or programs responsible for maintenance and modernization of key legacy applications (mostly Java, SQL and PL or SQL, Delphi, C++, C).

Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Delphi Developer will support the effort to enhance, optimize and modernize key legacy Delphi client or server applications.

Desired Experience:

3 years of experience developing cloud-based applications.
Mandatory Tasks - Works with colleagues and clients or users to investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with minimum 9 years of experience in software development.
Additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Must have 5 or more years of experience developing software using Embarcadero Delphi or RAD Studio (any version).
Must be experienced in Agile scrum methods.
Must have experience with SOA based architecture and implementation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
