Job Description

A+ Digital is looking for a Wordpress Web Developer, this is an exciting opportunity for any Web Developer. The multiplicity of our clients and their needs will allow the new Web Developer to challenge himself and push his boundaries further. Therefore, he will acquire a very wide experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
Transform requirements and mockups (PSD) into a fully functioning Wordpress website
Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
Implementing new features and functionalities with or without creating plugins
Install, customize and maintain 3rd-party Themes
Install, customize and maintain plug-ins and 3rd-party applications.
Assist customers in editing and maintaining the websites.
Report and analyze the website’s performance
Ensure website security and backups
Maintain the Wordpress, Themes, Plugins updates

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail, well-organized and able to deal efficiently under pressure and multi-task while being personable.
A deep understanding of and passion for Web development, ability to report KPIs to management
Proficient with Wordpress and website builders (Elementor, WPBakery,..)
Familiar with design tools: Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred
Good level in English and French
Good understanding of SEO and Google Search Algorithm
1-3 years of Development experience
