The Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study.

Over a course of 10–12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis’ business and how their summer contributions impact the end product.

A day in the life

You will gain exposure to property management, leasing, development, and Operations Construction Management across the Houston portfolio. You will support customer service, site inspections, vendor coordination, lease and property research, and project tracking. You will also help organize records and prepare reports that support communication and day-to-day work across the market.

Key responsibilities include:

Support day-to-day property operations, customer service, site inspections, and vendor coordination across the Houston portfolio.

Assist with lease and property research, customer and prospect information, and lease-related coordination.

Track development project schedules, site information, construction updates, and communications among stakeholders.

Support Operations Construction Management coordination, project documentation, process updates, and communications with teams and customers.

Organize data and records, prepare reports, and assist with cross-functional projects that support the Houston market.

Building blocks for success

Required:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.

Ability to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

Interest or project experience related to real estate operations, property management, leasing, development, or customer service.

Experience organizing information, coordinating with vendors or customers, or preparing reports.

Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

Hiring Salary Range of:

Undergraduate: $25–$30 per hour. Graduate: $35–$40 per hour.
