Job description: At 24Restore, we're the first ones on scene after a fire, helping property owners take back control on the worst day of their lives. We're looking for a Field Lead who's ready to roll up their sleeves, lead a crew, and set the standard for how restoration work gets done. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead from the front Take charge of a crew of 2–4 team members Make sure your team gets to every job site on time and ready to work Keep projects on schedule and finished within the timeline given Build a culture of hard work, accountability, and pride in the job Respond when it counts Answer new fire loss calls and secure damaged properties fast Board up windows, tarp roofs, and set temporary fencing Winterize properties that have lost power or heat Handle fire damage demolition, property preservation, and odor control Own your equipment Keep assigned vehicles maintained, clean, stocked, and running right Manage DOT logs for all assigned vehicles Manage tools and supplies to prevent loss, theft, and unnecessary breakage WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Leadership: You step up, take ownership, and others follow your lead Grit: You're not afraid of dirty, physical work in tough conditions Reliability: You show up, and you make sure your team does too Drive: You want to raise the bar, not just meet it Experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
