How you'll make an impact: This leadership role is responsible for the strategy, daily operations, and continuous improvement of CIN7's corporate IT environment, and for leading our technology compliance and audit programs. You'll be the organizational head of IT and the driving force behind SOC 2, partner audits, and integration compliance programs. You'll work in close partnership with the Head of Security and the VP of Engineering to make sure CIN7 stays compliant, all the time, not just at audit season. This role demands a hands-on technical leader who can run day-to-day IT lifecycles, keep corporate systems reliable and well-governed, and bring people across teams together around a shared compliance agenda.
